Digital products — sales are final

Because every product is delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final once the files have been accessed. This protects against misuse of products that can be downloaded and kept.

When we will help

If a product is broken, fails to work as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will repair the file, send a working version, or arrange a fair resolution.

Not covered

Change of mind after download, buyer’s own setup or hosting issues, and cases of clear license abuse are not eligible for a refund.
